LEAVING EVENT LEAD (VACANT)
|
In previous years, a disco has been held in the summer term. However, an event called Bubble Wars was run for the class of 2020 due to Covid restrictions. Heathfest was a massive success in 2021.You will be leading the events co-ordinators with your events expertise.

FINAL EVENTS COORDINATORS (VACANT)
|
Assisting the Events Lead. We need a dedicated team of superheroes to help. |
|
FUNDRAISING LEAD (VACANT)
|
The yearbook and event have historically been subsidised to some extent, but we need to find the money for the rest! This is where your fundraising know-how comes in!

FUNDRAISING COORDINATORS (VACANT)
|
Helping the lead with fresh ideas and drafting flyers etc. Liaising with the school and local community to get as many people involved in our events as possible. |

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT AND ONLINE TICKETING AND EVENTS (GEMMA AND JON – ZACHARY’S MUM & DAD 6T)
|
Updating events and information to the website. Enabling secure payment and ticketing facilities for relevant events. Enabling general donation facility. |

LEAVERS’ YEARBOOK LEAD/COORDINATORS (VACANT)
|
This requires a team of mums (or Dads) who are happy to receive and collate photographs into a yearbook and assist the Lead. |
|
Y6L MERCHANDISE (HOODIES, CAPS, BOTTLES ETC) LEAD (VACANT)
|
Using the designated supplier for Heathland’s hoodies and other items, co-ordinating orders for leavers’ merchandise and distributing accordingly. |
|
FINAL EVENT HELPERS (As and when)
|
Any number of helpers to liaise with the final event lead. |
|
ANY OTHER (As and when)
|
Any number of helpers required to assist in any other fundraising events that we can think of. This is a movable feast, and we welcome fresh ideas and your support! |
